My Story

Andrea Fae began creating art at the age of five, spending her childhood immersed in drawing, painting, and imagining a life as a real artist. After experiencing significant loss at a young age, she developed a deep appreciation for stillness and life’s quiet, meaningful moments — an influence that continues to shape her work today. Her art is rooted in gentle wonder, soft beauty, and the emotional warmth found in simple connections, inviting viewers to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what feels pure and true.
Andrea met her husband at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and together they married young and raised five children, filling their home with curiosity, creativity, and color. During this season, she became a licensed cosmetologist and owned and operated salons for more than a decade, further refining her artistic eye and love of meaningful connection. After moving from Nebraska to Minnesota, upstate New York, and Georgia, their journey eventually led them to settle just outside Allentown, Pennsylvania to be near grandchildren, and there Andrea began her dedicated fine art path and studied full-time at the Milan Institute of Art under the mentorship of Ellie Milan.
Working in a modern, semi-realism abstract style, Andrea uses mixed media to build layers of color, texture, and form, finishing each piece with oil paint applied slowly and thoughtfully — like delicate icing and soft, luminous details. Her creative process is intuitive and playful, guided by curiosity and a love for beauty in everyday life. Through her work, Andrea creates spaces of comfort, kindness, peace, and gentle joy — offering viewers a place to pause, feel held, and come home to themselves.
